Westchester health & life, August 2008




A great article was written about Zumba in the August 2008 issue of Westchester health & life magazine.  After providing information about Zumba and its origin the author quoted me describing the fitness aspect of Zumba, "Our main focus is to talk less and feel the music," explained Tamara Wrenn, founder and Zumba instructor at Just Us Women in New Rochelle.  "It may not feel like it, but there's a fitness component to every part of the class."

Just Us Women Productions, LLC is the proud recipient of a Microboost Entrepreneurial Award from the Women's Enterprising Development Center (WEDC).   The award and certificate were presented at WEDC's Annual Breakfast and Microenterprise Fair hosted on May 9th.   This monetary award is a fabulous accomplishment for Just Us Women Productions and signifies its commitment to success and long term growth in the field of health and wellness.  The award will be used to install wood floors in the Wellness Studio creating more opportunities for the type of classes it will be able to offer its clients.
